We are Affilated Provider for Southern Cross. If you are a Southern Cross Member and have benefits on your policy for our services we provide, then you can use our Easy Claim process. For more information click here

Ask about the cost of other services from receptionists or doctors, who are always happy to provide quotations and information. While we do not run accounts, our Practice Manager Meriana is always available to discuss arrangements for paying for services. Please do not hesitate to discuss it with her before consultations if paying is a problem.

If you have a chronic condition you may be eligible for a programme that provides free or subsidised consultations. The rules about who is eligible change frequently so please discuss it with our friendly staff if you think it may apply to you and they will check.
